small wahm businesses. In addition, all products are made using only the finest

want you to know that we hate information selling and sharing as much as you do.
Therefore, we will NEVER share any of your information. You can rest assured
that your information is safe and secure.
Returns & Exchanges
Blue Goose
Designs™ Custom Knit Goods All custom orders must be paid in full
before work can begin. Custom made items are not eligible for return,
exchange or refund for any reason - all sales are final. All defects
in workmanship will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase at our
discretion. Failure to follow proper washing instructions voids this 30
day warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping
charges related to the return of the defective item. Defective items in
need of repair must be received before repairs and/or replacements are
made/given. You may cancel your custom order at any time, however, please be
aware cancellations made after 24 hours of order placement are subject to a 20%
non-refundable surcharge. There will be a service fee of $5 for any
changes made to a custom order after the order is placed.
Blue Goose Designs™ Instock Knit Goods We only
accept returns on instock knit items within 10 days of receipt. This
applies only to unused and unwashed items. Any item that has been
washed or worn is not eligible for return. If you need to return an instock
item, please email us first. We will not accept unapproved returns.
All Other Products You must email us before returning any
product. All returns for non-knit goods are accepted with the proper approval
within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns received over 30 days are subject
to a 10% restocking fee. You may either return, exchange, or receive store
credit for all returned items (less shipping). Applicable refunds will be issued
within 7 days of our receipt of returned product. Used or unsellable items
cannot be returned for any reason, and we reserve the right to refuse any
return. Returns must include all original packaging and sales receipt. Clearance
items and patterns are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange - all
sales are final. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If a
return is due to our error, we will correct the error at our expense.
Payment Methods We gladly accept all forms of
payment through Paypal (purchases will be shipped to the address on your paypal
receipt), Revolution
Money Exchange, as well as personal checks and money orders. Please
note that if you pay by personal check or money order, your order will not ship
until your check/money order has cleared (approximately 5-10 business days).
Only one discount code per person per order. Discount codes not valid on sale,
clearance, or lottery items.
Layaway We gladly accept layaway for all non-sale
and custom items. A non-refundable 15% deposit is required at the time of
checkout. The remaining balance is due in three equal monthly payments. You have
90 days to pay the remaining balance. If after 90 days the balance is not paid
in full, your order will be cancelled. All but the original deposit (15%) will
be refunded to you. We will not begin work on any custom orders until the entire
order is paid for. Please email us to discuss layaway and for checkout codes.
Taxes All orders are subject to applicable sales
tax and/or shipping tax.
Allergies When you purchase products from us, you
agree to not hold us or the manufacturers liable for any reactions you may have
to the products.** If you have questions about product ingredients, please
contact us, and we will do our best to furnish you with a list of specific
ingredients.**
Pregnancy Warning The following essential oils
should be avoided during pregnancy: ajowan, angelica, anise star, aniseed,
basil, bay laurel, calamintha, cedarwood (all types), celery seed, cinnamon
leaf, citronella, clary sage, clove, cumin, fennel (sweet), hyssop, juniper,
labdanum, lovage, marjoram, myrrh, nutmeg, parsley, snakeroot, spanish sage,
tarragon, and thyme (white). The following oils should be avoided during the
1st four months of pregnancy: peppermint, rose, and rosemary.

How long do custom orders take? Approximate
shipping time for custom knit items is 3-4 weeks. Please be aware that this
is an approximate timeline and various factors will effect the time it takes to
hand knit your custom item. Orders are filled in the order they are
received. Factors include, but are not limited to, the availability of
yarn, number of items ordered, and delays due to weather and holidays.
How are custom items made? All custom items are
hand knit by me. All knits are hand-knit using many different wool (and
sometimes cotton) brands and types, which are available in a variety of colors -
both solid and variegated. Knits are made according to customer specifications
regarding wool type, size, and color. After customs are knit, they are washed
with a gentle, non-scented wool wash and air dried.
Fragrance Oils vs. Essential Oils
Fragrance
Oils (FO) Do not contain natural ingredients. They are synthetic chemicals
made to mimic scents and odors found within nature. These chemicals are not
required to be listed individually on packaging and are therefore termed
fragrance oils. Dozens of chemicals are needed to produce one specific
fragrance. In addition, chemicals have no medicinal value, and provide nothing
more than scent to products. Fragrance oils are not hypoallergenic and can cause
adverse reactions in some people, including asthma flare ups and skin
irritation.
Essential Oils (EO) Are highly concentrated extracts
from plants, leaves, flowers, roots, seeds, citrus fruits, etc. Essential oils
are natural and are created in a distillation process using water and then
separated from the water, leaving the oil. There are no other additives and no
chemicals, thus creating a pure, natural fragrance. Essential oils also retain
the medicinal properties of the plant from which they are derived adding unique
properties to the products in which they are used.
